FLSA Status: Part-Time, Non-exempt (approximately 25-32 hours per week)
Reports to: Executive Director
PURPOSE: Support the operations and marketing activities of GA. Assists the Executive Director and the Social Worker with day to day operations, including management of the Baby Pantry and seasonal, one-time events and programs. Serves as the primary social media coordinator; promotes the organization to clients, donors and community partners through social media and marketing efforts.
The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for empowering young families to build resilience and achieve their goals; outstanding communication and interpersonal skills; sensitivity to the challenges of the families we assist; flexibility; commitment to teamwork; and a proven ability for independent initiatives and leadership, as needed.

This is a part-time position, with flexible hours depending on office staffing requirements, current work demands, and personal needs. Hours will range from approximately 25-32 hours per week. Part-time benefit eligibility includes ample PTO and holiday pay.
Wage Range: $19-25/hour
