Robin, our Case Manager, offers social work services, based on your interests and needs. Whether by yourself, or with your family, or in a group with other parents, Robin can help navigate different issues that arise both at home and in the community.
Where are social work services provided? Robin is able to meet virtually, in your home, or at our Generations Ahead Office. Our office is located out of TC High and we are in office year round. We want what is best for you, so we are happy to coordinate services however we can. Contact Robin to learn more.
Family activities are held every two week. Please contact us for more information and follow us on Facebook for up to date topics.
Playgroups take place at our office at TC High School, and sometimes we meet in the community at different locations including local parks, swimming pools, the library, the Children’s Museum, etc. All activities are free for participants. This is a great time to have fun with your child.
Other family members are invited to participate too.

If you want, you’ll be matched with an adult who can offer friendship, guidance and time together as you prepare for your future. Your mentor can help you focus on your educational and employment goals, your child’s development and your parenting skills, and they can help you connect with different community services.
Who are our mentors ?
They're caring adults that believe in you and want to help you however you might need it. They are all trained and carefully screened, so we know they're safe for you and your child.
Parent education is offered to anyone enrolled in the Generations Ahead program. Topics address issues such as:

A Baby Pantry is available at our office. The new and gently used items vary with what has been donated, but always include baby and toddler clothing, maternity clothes, diapers, linens (blankets, crib sheets, towels etc.) On occasion, there are also larger donated items including bassinets, high chairs, and strollers.
Car seats are not available.
All items are free to clients.
If you have items to donate, please contact Lauren.
Summer interns are placed with local businesses to help young parents kick-start their careers.
This program offers coaching, mentorship support, and soft skills training to clients throughout their internship, in addition to stipends and other financial assistance. We ensure that clients will thrive and be as successful as possible within their placements.
If you are interested in hosting an intern at your site, please contact Sarah.
