That's why it's important to ensure proper safe sleep practices for your baby. This includes ensuring your baby sleeps on their back during their first year, using a firm sleep surface, removing soft and loose objects from the baby's sleep area, and never sharing a bed with your baby. The Grand Traverse County Health Department holds clinics by appointment for a variety of services including immunizations, flu vaccinations, reproductive health for men and women. Their services also include STI testing.
